University of Asia Pacific Foundation (UAPF)

A government-approved private university established by the University of Asia Pacific Foundation (UAPF), the University of Asia Pacific (UAP) was established in 1996 as a private university under the Private University Act 1992, with a vision to enhance opportunities for higher education in Bangladesh. The curriculum of UAP has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of the Government of Bangladesh (GoB).

The university started its operation in 1996, offering four-year bachelor's degree programs in Computer Science and Engineering and Business Administration. At present, UAP offers undergraduate programs in nine disciplines and graduate programs in eight disciplines. UAP is sponsored by UAPF, a non-profit, non-commercial foundation based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The principal aim of the foundation is to promote human and social development by improving educational opportunities, creating innovative educational programs relevant to the needs of an emerging society, and developing skills, know-how, and awareness among the youth through appropriate institutional grooming.

The foundation has been established by a group of eminent educationists, industrialists, and administrators who share the same vision and social commitments. UAP is the first project of the foundation aimed at realizing these noble goals. The main objective of UAP is to provide high-quality education at the tertiary level, relevant to the demands of a high-quality dynamic academia in Bangladesh. The courses and curricula are designed to enable and equip students to enter the national and international job market or pursue higher academic and professional goals with a solid academic foundation.

The sole objective of the university is not just to ensure that students pass exams; it also aims to equip its students with the means to become productive and proactive members of the community. UAP encourages continuous learning, preparing students to become future leaders and useful members of society.

Admission Form Fee: Tk. 1,200/-

Admission Fee: Tk. 21,500/- (Admission Fee - Tk. 13,000/-, Caution Money- Tk. 3,000/-, Certificate Verification & ID Card Fee Tk. 500/- and Extra-Curricular Activities Fee Tk. 5,000/-).
For Pharmacy Program: Tk. 21,800/- (Tk. 21,500/- + Tk. 300/-) (Reg. fee of Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh).
For LLB Program: Tk. 25,500/- (Tk. 21,500/- + Tk. 4000/-) (Intensive English Language Couse IEC-100).

Note: The student needs to pay the Registration Fee of the respective department at the time of admission or, within the deadline.

3. Student’s Blood Group Certificate
4. Student’s Birth Certificate
5. Student’s National ID Card (if available)
6. Guardian’s National ID card
7. Student’s and Guardian's Recent Passport Size Photo– 1 copy (hardcopy)

*The students will upload their academic documents before admission by using their user ID and password.
*The Guardian needs to be present for signature during admission.

Admit Card: Applicants can download the admit card after completing payment and fill up the application form.
